Thanks for liking my tree, Dean. Here’s an update: my husband and I are spending Christmas at another family member’s home, so we decided to stay with our unconventional “tree,” saving time and money this year.
Surprisingly to me, I’ve talked to two other families who have chosen to forgo with a tree this year also to save time and money for other traditions they feel more connected to.
