Art for Free

I have a secret.
There is a street in Portland that is an art gallery. No, really. Some unknown artist(s) creates art and places it along a Portland street that I walk several times a week, for the past three years. The work is much more  than grafitti, although sometimes grafitti is an element of a given piece. Sometimes there are installations, not just two-dimensional work.
I have photographed the art work for over three years because of it’s quality and because I’m intrigued by the artist’s choice to remain anonymous. Basquiat provided more clues.
These are two images from 2006. I will be post more images in the future.
No money, no fame, just making the art for free.
