A Friend’s Home in Watercolor and Ink

This morning I finished this little ink and watercolor painting of the home of a friend. I make these little paintings completely freehand- resist using even a straight edge. It’s my intention for them to be completely organic; emphasizing the feel of the subject over a photo-realistic replica.

I kind of like this one.
